$20 a month and one cent per text. No contracts, no bloat, no enterprise pricing designed to confuse you. Just clean, reliable SMS you can actually afford.
Built by a small business owner who needed this for a band, a boutique, and a media company — and couldn't justify $150 a month for tools he'd use 10% of.
Load credits once, use them whenever. No monthly send limits, no hidden fees, no expiry pressure. Your credits sit there until you use them — next week or next year.
Add $25, $50, $100, or $250 to your balance. Spend only what you use — no surprise invoices at the end of the month.
Write your message, pick your audience, drop in a merge tag. Texta shows segment count and total cost as you type.
Hit send. Watch delivery status, link clicks, and replies roll in. Re-send to the same group with a single click.
Set a low-balance threshold and Texta tops you up automatically. Set it once, never think about it again.
No buried settings. No 40-minute onboarding videos. No features you'll click once and never touch again.
Personalize every message with the recipient's first name, company, or any field in your contact list. Each text feels one-on-one, not a blast.
Any URL is automatically shortened to a go.texta.me link. Saves characters, saves money, and tracks exactly how many people clicked.
Build a simple opt-in form to grow your list. Share the link on social, your site, or in store — new contacts land straight in Texta.
Every campaign is logged with delivered count, failures, and total link clicks. See how each send performed and re-send in one click.
Write your message now, send it Friday at 10am. Texta enforces business hours and timezone detection — no accidental 2am texts.
STOP replies are caught automatically and the contact is excluded from all future sends. Stay compliant without lifting a finger.
Most messages cost exactly one cent. A standard SMS holds 160 plain-text characters — that's one segment, one cent. We show you the count as you type so there are never any surprises.
Plain text under 160 characters. Most messages land here. This is the normal, everyday case.
Curly quotes, em dashes, or certain emojis trigger Unicode encoding that shrinks segments to 70 characters.

A standard text message holds up to 160 characters. That's one segment — one cent. If your message is longer, it splits into multiple segments at one cent each. Most short messages are a single segment, and the app shows the segment count as you type so there are no surprises.
Certain characters — curly quotes, em dashes, some emojis — trigger Unicode encoding that reduces segment size to 70 characters. The app warns you the moment this happens and shows exactly which character is causing it. For best results, stick to plain text.
The first 500 inbound messages per month are on us. After that, replies cost the same as an outgoing text — one cent per segment. Most accounts never come close to 500. Your dashboard always shows your current inbound count so you know exactly where you stand.
Every inbound reply shows up in your Replies tab, matched to the contact name if we recognize the number. You get an email notification when someone responds so you never miss it. If a contact replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or CANCEL, they're automatically removed from future sends — no manual work.
If you include a URL in your message, Texta automatically shortens it to a go.texta.me link before sending. It just happens. This saves characters (which saves money) and lets you see exactly how many people clicked, right in your send history. Long URLs can eat a big chunk of your 160-character segment, so the shortener is a win on both cost and analytics.
Set up auto-recharge so your balance tops up automatically when it drops below a threshold you choose. Or add credits manually any time. Either way you stay in control and your campaigns never get cut off mid-send.
Yes. Image messages (MMS) cost 2.5 cents each, regardless of file size. Attach photos, promotional graphics, or GIFs directly in the compose window. That's still cheaper than the major competitors charge for plain text.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls. Cancel from your billing settings in under a minute. Your unused credits never expire — if you cancel and come back later, they're still waiting for you.
